Sambutan Hari Kemerdekaan Yang Ke 51 Peringkat Sekolah

Menjelang Hari Kemerdekaan Yang Ke 51, MBSSKL telah menjalankan Program Sambutan Hari Kemerdekaan Peringkat Sekolah 2008. Program ini telah diadakan pada 29 Ogos 2008, bertempat di padang sekolah bermula jam 7.30 pagi hingga 9.20 pagi. Untuk menyerikan lagi program ini, pihak sekolah telah menjemput tetamu kehormat dari pihak PIBG, gereja Methodist dan IPD Dang Wangi.

Project Based Learning Competition

Introduction
Project Based Learning (PBL) is a new Teaching and Learning strategy introduced in our education system. PBL enhance the students ability and creativity. It gives the students the opportunity to do a research and  present their research on topics taught by the teacher. Presentation by students can be done using various media such as ICT.

Objective
Objective of this competition is to encourage students to do a research and present it using ICT.

Participation
Only for MBSSKL students

Terms & Conditions

1. Criteria for participation

a. All Form 1,2,4 and L6 students can participate
b. Form 5 and 6 students who are interested can participate in the open category
c. Each team should consist of 3-5 students and 1 teacher as facilitator

Kejohanan Taekwondo (WTF) Sekolah-Sekolah Kuala Lumpur 2008

Sekolah telah menghantar satu pasukan seramai 9 orang pelajar ke Kejohanan Taekwando yang telah diadakan pada 2 & 3 Ogos 2008. Pencapaian pasukan sekolah ialah :

Ng Boon Liang (3E) – gangsa
Vissnu a/l Narayanasamy (3D) – gangsa
Lim Chee Kit (4K) – gangsa
Louis Tey – (4C) – Emas

Sebanyak 150 buah sekolah rendah dan menengah telah menyertai kejohanan ini dan sekolah kita telah mendapat tempat ke tiga dari segi bilangan pingat yang dimenangi.
Syabas kepada Cik Norizan (Guru Penasihat Kelab Taekwando) dan pasukan taekwando sekolah MBSSKL
