Calling students with 7A/6A 1B or 5A/4A 1B for the UPSR 2009

Students who have obtained 7A/6A 1B or 5A/4A 1B for the UPSR 2009 can still apply to enroll into Form 1 in this school if you have NOT submitted the Borang Rayuan Ke Sekolah Kawalan WPKL 2010 (Tingkatan Satu Sahaja) to the State Education Department. You have to fill up a transfer form which is available at the school which you are studying now, get it signed by the HM of that school and submit the form in 4 copies to the State Education Department (Unit Menengah) at Persiaran Duta, KL. Please give a copy of the form to MBS for record purposes. You can also download the transfer form by clicking HERE.
However, if you have submitted the Borang Rayuan Ke Sekolah Kawalan WPKL 2010 to the State Education Department, wait for the outcome of the appeal. Letters for the first batch of successful students will be sent out soon.
