SPM 2009: 100% Passes Again and 319 A+

Once again MBSSKL has a 100% passes for the SPM 2009 for the mainstream students. Overall the results are quite commendable with a total of 319 A+ (90 marks and above). A+ is a new scoring system introduced for distinguishing A’s which is A+, A and A-. Noteworthy in last year’s results is that 17 students had straight A’s, though no one had straight A+. Four students had 10A+’s. They are Eric Khong Mun Kit, Anson Lim Jia Shern, Chong Zhang Min and Liew Ern Khai. On a subject basis, 34% of the students scored more that 90 marks (A+) for Additional Mathematics, 29.9% for Mathematics and 25% for English.
