General Meeting

A General Meeting will be held on 9th of March 2010 (Tuesday), 3:00pm at MM2. Attendance of all members are compulsory. Strict action will be taken against those who fail to attend this meeting.

A General Meeting will be held on 11th of January 2010 (Monday), 2:30pm at MM2. Attendance of all members are compulsory. Strict action will be taken against those who fail to attend this meeting (except for those classes which end at 3pm).

A General Meeting will be held on 10th August 2009 (Monday), 2:30pm at MM2. Attendance of all members & probates are compulsory. Strict action will be taken on absentees. To those probates who have not passed up their orientation form, please pass it up to Kriskkumar or Robert Chia from 4C on Monday. Any orientation form that is pass up after Monday (10/08/2009) will not be valid.

I.T. Week Meeting

All members & probationary members of Board of Information Technology Brigade are required to attend a meeting regarding I.T. Week in MM2 at 2:00PM, 26th of March 2009.

Combined Boards’ Day Meeting

All members of Board of Information Technology Brigade, Prefectorial Board & Board of Students’ Librarian are required to attend a meeting regarding CBD in the Lecture Hall at 2:00PM, 25th of March 2009.

EXCOs’, Members’ & Probates’ and Combined Boards’ Day Meetings

All EXCOs will have a meeting on Tuesday, 10th of March 2009 at 2:00PM MM2.

Members’ & Probates’ are required to attend a meeting on Wednesday, 11th of March 2009 at 2:00PM MM2.

Another meeting will be held for the purpose of CBD on Thursday, 12th of March 2009 at 2:00PM MM2.

Probates’ Meeting & Members’ Meeting

There will be a meeting at 2:00PM 2nd of March 2009 at MM2. Attendance of all members are compulsory, otherwise strict action will be taken.

Other than that, all the students who have passed the Interview session please attend a meeting at 2:00PM 2nd of March 2009 at MM1. Attendance of all newcomers are compulsory, otherwise barred.

Please inform Tan Chia Way from 5 Clancy or Thoong Kit Yee from Upper 6 Mori if you are unable to attend the meeting stated above.
