Please hand in a copy of your photostated koko card to Pn. Loh by 1 October 2009! Late entries will not be entertained. Remember to add in “Pertandingan Koir Zon Bangsar” at “Rekod Penglibatan & Pencapaian Kokurikulum” for those who have taken part in choir competition in April, 2009. Thank you.

To all Music and Choir members, including the form 5s and the upper 6s retired members, please kindly pass a copy of your photostated coco-card to Lim Zheng Kang or Liew Zhen Yi from 4 kensett.

Coco-marks may not be given or may be deducted if members fail to hand in the card on time.

Members are also required to update their coco-cards. All members who took part in the “Pertandingan Koir Zon Bangsar” in SMK Seri Mutiara, you’re required to write it down in your coco-cards under the “Penglibatan dan Pencapaian” section. Thank You.
